Are you an experienced electrical engineer ready to take on a leadership role and drive major projects? This innovative engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering projects and lead a small team to ensure timely and within budget delivery
  • Work across sectors including government, residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, workplace and educational
  • Produce high-quality engineering designs, calculations, and specifications using advanced technical software
  • Supervise and coordinate the production of technical drawings and reports
  • Mentor and develop less experienced staff, fostering their professional growth
  • Attend and actively participate in client and project meetings
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
  • Ensure compliance with project management, QA, Environmental, and Health and Safety procedures

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Proven technical competence and experience in managing engineering projects
  • Strong ability to plan and programme work for yourself and others
  • Commitment to supporting the professional development of team members
  • Relevant experience working in a consultancy environment
  • Knowledge of Amtech and Dialux is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and using initiative to overcome challenges are essential

Desirable Skills and Experience
