About the Role

* Lead development of innovative AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies

* Simulate and design switching converters using tools like Mathcad, Simplis, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink

* Collaborate closely with mechanical, controls, EMI, and layout teams

* Prepare schematic designs, parts lists, and oversee prototyping and testing

* Support international engineering activities across a global network

* As this is a global organization there may be opportunities to work out of offices in Europe, Asia, and the US.

What We Need From You:

* A degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering

* Experience in power electronics, including semiconductors, magnetics, and control theory

* Hands-on knowledge of LLC, phase-shift converters, active PFC

* Proficient with lab tools (oscilloscopes, ACDC and DCDC loads), CAD software, and structured design processes

* Familiar with PCB layout and purchasing

* Experience in EMC compliance

* Interest in automation, drones, and smart robotics
