proven RF or Microwave Design Engineer , or

An

experienced Electronics Design Engineer

from an adjacent field, eager to specialise and train in RF design.

You'll work within a talented, multi-disciplinary engineering team, creating high-performance circuits and systems that operate up to

40GHz - contributing directly to projects that make the world safer, more secure, and better connected.

Key Tasks

Design and develop RF, microwave, or high-frequency electronic systems and components, from concept through to production.

Work on advanced technologies such as low-noise amplifiers, synthesizers, converters and transceivers .

Collaborate with systems, mechanical, and software engineers to deliver complete solutions.

Contribute to the development of new RF and electronics technologies for future products.

Support customer interactions and provide technical expertise during project discussions.

Requirements:

Minimum

10 years' experience

in electronics or RF design.

Strong background in

analogue, mixed-signal, or high-frequency circuit design .

Experience using tools such as

ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST, SPICE, or Altium .

Familiarity with

RF/microwave principles

(filters, impedance matching, signal integrity, EMC, etc.)

Background in

defence, aerospace, communications, or related high-reliability industries .

Excellent communicator and team player, eligible for

UK Security Clearance (SC) .

(Applicants who don't yet hold SC clearance but are eligible and have 5+ years' UK residency will be considered.)
