The Senior Energy Engineer will be responsible for the proposal, development and evaluation of energy-related projects or programs delivered by EMCOR to reduce energy costs and/or improve energy / water efficiency.What you'll doPerform on-site energy efficiency audits that are focused on HVAC / Utility systems and associated control systems and lighting energy efficiency opportunitiesAnalyse potential opportunities, create proposals and present findings to clientWork with site operation team to optimise system performance i.e. via BMS setting optimisationRecommend system operations based on current client needs and building usageResearch emerging technologies and standards for implementation into company practice and project implementationConduct site visits to verify installation and operation of technologies including ownership of site metering systemsCo-ordinate and inspect on-site work and installations performed by suppliers, consultants and contractorsWork with project site staff, client staff and maintenance teams to ensure accurate operation within design parametersWork with Energy Data Analyst to review consumption before, during and after implementation phasesAbout the roleWho you'll be:Experience in similar role or field. (Desirable)Experience in facilities/utilities operation and maintenance.
