Join a world-renowned aerospace and defence organisation as a Senior Engineer Auxiliary Systems in Scotstoun, Glasgow, on a hybrid basis.

The Role

1. Apply specialist design knowledge in mechanical aspects of Marine Systems to resolve complex design problems.
2. Perform engineering planning and manage technical outputs within allocated systems, ensuring delivery within cost, quality, time, and schedule.
3. Ensure quality of outputs and provide technical oversight of deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards it; at least an Incorporated Engineer and member of an appropriate institute.
• Experience in Mechanical Systems for marine applications, including design, build, integration, support, and operation of Naval ships.
• Knowledge of shipbuilding, operations, and modern build strategies.
