Permanent Senior Engineer - Birmingham - Civil Engineering\n\nWe are recruiting for a Permanent Senior Engineer to join a respected UK civil engineering contractor, working on a significant infrastructure project in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.\n\nRole Overview:\nAs a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of the project, ensuring commercial performance, and maintaining site safety and quality. You will work closely with the Project Manager, site teams, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.\n\nKey Duties:\n\nManage and monitor the commercial performance of the project.\nPrepare and implement RAMS to ensure safe and efficient delivery.\nEnsure compliance with Health & Safety policies, undertake risk assessments, and report incidents or near misses.\nSupport the Project Manager / Contracts Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships.\nCarry out additional Senior Engineer duties as needed to meet project demands.
