Job Title: Senior Engineer Product Configuration & Change

Location: Strathclyde, Glasgow City, Glasgow

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

Lead product configuration and change management activities Develop and implement processes for product configuration control Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product changes are effectively managed Analyse and assess the impact of proposed product changes Maintain accurate records of product configurations and changes Provide technical support and guidance on configuration management Participate in product design reviews and engineering change meetings

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience in product configuration and change management Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product configuration and change management

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent understanding of product lifecycle management Proficiency in configuration management tools and software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering or related field Certification in product configuration management

Working Conditions:

Office-based role with occasional travel to manufacturing sites Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
