Overview

Techniche Global are working with specialists in LED signage solutions for the highways and transport sector who are based in Redhill. Supporting them with appointing a new Technical Engineer to work with their customers on technical product solutions. Responsibilities

Assist with product configuration for customers. Support networking and systems integration of products to wider customer networks. Fault finding, commissioning, testing, and providing technical support. Liaise with suppliers and manage workshop facilities. Coordinate testing and commissioning activities. Qualifications

Hands-on experience of Electrical or Electronic systems is essential (e.g. devices, EPOS systems, configurable electronic or electrical products, electro-mechanical operational devices). Experience or exposure to network configurations or communication protocols (such as WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, Serial communication). Confidence in installing and configuring software applications to Windows-based operating systems. Familiarity with electrical schematics and test equipment. Role Details

The role is based from offices in Redhill 5 days a week, with regular travel to customer sites. The business operates a 40 hour working week. The company offers a range of benefits including Private Healthcare and gym memberships. Compensation

This role is paying in the region of £48,000 – £52,000 per annum, depending on experience and ability.
