What you’ll be doing: \n \n Helping submarines meet stealth performance goals by carrying out Noise and Vibration measurements (structure borne, airborne & fluid borne) throughout a submarine lifecycle from equipment prototypes, Factory Acceptance Testing, in-build submarine measurements & in service submarine support \n Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide relevant noise & vibration data to influence and guide design decisions \n Developing Junior Engineers \n Equipment condition based monitoring and diagnostics assessments – ISO 18436 \n Communicating effectively with the ability to coordinate teams \n Grasping technical tasks and spotting opportunities for improvement \n Confidently inquiring traditional approaches with an innovative mindset \n Adapting positively to a change in a dynamic environment \n \n
