Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a major Bulk Earthworks package in Aylesbury. This is a site-based role working on a large-scale infrastructure project, with a strong pipeline of works over the next 9 months.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of bulk earthworks and associated civil packages
  • Manage setting out, QA, and site documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors and supervise site teams
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
  • Report progress and support the site management team with programme delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Engineer role on civil infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record delivering bulk earthworks or heavy civils packages
  • Proficient in setting out, QA documentation, and daily site reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
  • CSCS card and right to work in the UK
