NMS Recruit is looking for experienced Senior Field Service Engineers to join a leading OEM in the marine and power generation sector. The role involves handling installation, implementation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of 4 and 2-stroke marine, rail traction, and power generation engines. To be eligible, candidates must be located in the UK and possess prior field service experience in the Marine Industry.

Responsibilities Able to resolve complex engine problems. Supervise/coordinate personnel, customers supplied staff, contractors or agency personnel at site where necessary. Provide technical support on projects assigned by Line Manager Carry out extensive mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair operations of 4 and 2 stroke engines and associated systems. Implementation of field maintenance procedures Carry out performance tests, troubleshooting & root cause analysis Work with engine automation & mechanical system, providing support to Customers within company guidelines On site Customer operational support in all stages of a project. Ensure the implementation of HSE standards in maintenance activities. Identifying the spare parts requirements for maintenance and repair activities
