Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Senior Finance Manager for a growing retailer going through a period of growth and looking to drive data driven decision making to enhance the bottom line.

The Senior Finance Manager will own the financial planning and development of cost centre analysis, working closely with senior leaders and directors across the business to understand the underlying operational costs and ensure they take ownership of budgets.

  • Drive continuous improvement of cost centre analysis, drilling down by operational area to drive performance improvement
  • Advise on spend and areas where cost management can be implemented to reduce cost to serve
  • Increase reporting efficiencies and enhance data accuracy to ensure value add reporting is in place for live decision making
  • Work closely with cross divisional teams to consider end to end impact of any future decision in a high visibility role

The Senior Finance Manager will be solutions led and come from a fast-paced organisation, with complex business models and high levels of data, with the ability to provide deep insights without getting lost in the detail.

You will be an experienced finance manager / FP&A Manager with significant exposure to data led decision making and driving cost centre improvements in both a hands on and strategic capacity. You will ideally be from a qualified background (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with the ability to review data, understand the operations of an organisation and provide solutions to reduce cost for the organisation.
