Overview

Senior Fire Engineer – Location: Mobile - Greater London & A12 Corridor to Suffolk. Salary: £50,000. Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (45 hours/week).

Progroup Recruitment is working with a leading fire safety contractor to find an experienced Senior Fire Engineer. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-quality fire protection services across London and the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain fire alarm systems
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting
• Work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Maintain accurate records and inventory
• Participate in a call-out rota

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in fire alarm installations and commissioning
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable

• Experience with security systems
• Smoke ventilation installation/testing
