If you thrive in live environments, love delivering top-notch work, and know your way around high-rise developments — keep reading.The RoleYou'll be working on some of London and the South East’s most exciting residential developments—think high-rise new builds and live housing sites. From install to maintenance, you’ll lead the way on fire alarms, evacuation alerts, CCTV, access control and more. Plus, you\'ll support junior engineers and help drive quality and safety on-site.ResponsibilitiesLead fire & security installations, service and maintenance on high-rise residential developments.Oversee on-site delivery, quality and safety, and ensure compliance with BS5839, BS8629, NSI/SSAIB & BAFE regs.Supervise junior engineers and provide guidance and training as needed.Read and interpret drawings/schematics.Manage live environments and coordinate with stakeholders on-site.Qualifications5+ years in Fire & Security Systems.Skilled in install, service & maintenance (fire, CCTV, access, etc.).Experience working in occupied homes & high-rise settings.Able to supervise others and read drawings/schematics.Good grip on BS5839, BS8629, NSI/SSAIB & BAFE regs.Solid fault-finding & problem-solving skills.ECS or CSCS (skilled worker+), SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling.Full UK driving licence + right to work in the UK.Nice-to-HavesIPAF or PASMAFIA units or manufacturer-specific trainingSalary & PerksCompetitive salary up to £55,000 + bonuses + overtime opportunitiesCompany van, fuel card, tools, and uniformPaid industry training (FIA, manufacturer, H&S)Work on standout projects with a tight-knit, supportive teamSound like your kind of gig?
