Lead day-to-day onsite and technical operations within the Fire & Life Safety team. Commission a wide range of fire alarm systems (20 device systems up to 500+ device networked panels). Utilise your expertise to fault find, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across multiple platforms. Provide advanced programming, configuration, and cause & effect setup. Deliver onsite training and mentoring for engineers, supporting their technical and personal development. Ensure compliance with industry standards, documentation, and quality assurance processes. Work directly with clients to resolve high-level technical issues and provide outstanding service. Systems youll work with include: Gent, Advanced, Ziton, Morley, Kentec, plus air sampling, suppression, and smoke ventilation systems. About You

Proven experience in commissioning and fault-finding on a wide range of fire alarm systems. Advanced knowledge of system setups, configuration, and software tools. Excellent leadership skills, with experience training and supporting engineers. Self-motivated, highly organised, and dedicated to providing unrivalled customer service. Great communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Whats on Offer
