My Client, a specialist UK based Engineering Consultancy, based in Manchester is searching for a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join their bespoke team. You will have the chance to develop the team, manage projects and complete complete projects spanning residential, commercial and renewable energy projects. \n\nApplicants are required to have a strong MSc and/or BSc in a relevant discipline including Environmental Management, Hydrology or Civil Engineering and have experience working for UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies and Drainage Designs ideally using Causeway Flow or Microdrainage.

\n\nIt is also beneficial for applicants to have experience managing projects, liaising with Clients to develop new opportunities and completing detailed design solutions including soakaways and lagoons. \n\nThis exciting role will offer you the chance to join a supportive team based across two locations in Manchester. You will join a bespoke team and have the chance to lead projects and check and complete complex and varied Flood Risk and Drainage for Private Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Housing Developers.\n\nYou will be required to complete technical work including Flood Risk Assessments for Planning Applications, Drainage Strategies, Drainage Design using Microdrainage for pre-planning projects.
