The set up is hybrid, blending flexibility with in person collaboration and team socials. About the role I am hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to strengthen a mature engineering group. You should bring deep experience in TypeScript and React, a strong eye for UX, and a love of clean, modular design. You will partner closely with data science, backend, product and design to deliver a smooth customer journey. Key responsibilities Build, evolve and take ownership of React applications using component driven development and micro frontend patterns Work with cross functional partners to turn requirements into thoughtful UI solutions Improve performance and keep bundle sizes lean Put robust automated tests in place to prevent regressions Track modern frontend and UX practices and bring useful ideas into the team Role requirements Five years or more of frontend experience with strong TypeScript, React and modern CSS or frameworks such as Tailwind Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate with them Sharp problem solving and an analytical mindset Clear communication and effective collaboration Experience with UI test automation and CI or CD pipelines Nice to have experience with modern component libraries, cloud platforms such as GCP, or monorepo tooling Additional information Hybrid working with at least two days each week in the office Benefits Competitive salary Health cover Twenty seven days annual leave Ongoing learning and clear growth paths Flexible hybrid arrangements Inclusive, collaborative culture Regular meet ups for ideation, problem solving and social time This is an excellent chance to join one of Northern Ireland's standout growth stories at a pivotal moment.
