Overview

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Blockchain Engineer to join our core team building next-generation decentralized protocols, across gaming, casino, prediction markets and more. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Web3, ships code at velocity, and embraces AI-powered development workflows. You'll architect and implement smart contracts, build robust backend infrastructure, and create seamless frontend user experiences for our blockchain-powered platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, gas-efficient smart contracts for gaming and predictionmarket protocols
• Build and maintain indexing infrastructure for real-time blockchain data
• Develop full stack dApps with exceptional UX despite blockchain complexity
• Contribute to architecting of tokenomics and incentive systems that drive user engagement
• Collaborate on protocol design, economic modelling, and security audits
• Stay current with emerging standards and blockchain innovations
• Contribute to open source and represent the company at hackathons/conferences

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2-8 years in blockchain/crypto development with demonstrable on-chain deployments
• Background: Previous experience at established crypto firms highly valued • Builder DNA: Startup experience, founded own projects, or significant open source contributions
• AI Native: Daily user of Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants
• AI CLI / TUI preferred
• Competitive Edge: Hackathon participation/wins (ETHGlobal, Solana Hacker Houses, etc.)
• Location: Fully remote, preference for Europe and Asia timezones
• Communication: Strong English proficiency for async collaboration

Technical Stack - Core Requirements

• Solidity and deep EVM understanding
• TypeScript/JavaScript for full stack development
• Smart contract standards (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, EIP-4337, etc.)
• Web3 libraries: wagmi, viem
• Authentication: Privy, WalletConnect, or similar
• Infrastructure & Indexing: The Graph, Goldsky, or custom indexers
• Node.js backends, REST/GraphQL APIs

Bonus Skills:

• Rust and Solana/SVM development
• Move (Aptos/Sui) experience
• MEV understanding and implementation
• Zero-knowledge proofs

Core Competencies

• Security-first mindset with knowledge of common attack vectors and mitigation strategies
• Ability to optimize for gas efficiency and scalability
• Experience with multi-chain deployments and cross-chain messaging
• Deep understanding of tokenomics, incentive mechanisms, and game theory
• Experience designing sustainable economic models for DeFi/GameFi protocols
