Senior Full Stack Engineer

TypeScript, Node.js & React Salary £58-68k Hybrid (one day a week in Bristol)

I've got an amazing opportunity for a Mid-Senior Engineer to join a sustainability tech company based in Bristol.

My client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise across TypeScript, Node.js, React & AWS, and you'll be further developing a core range of products; enabling them to have an even greater impact on the environment! This role is suitable for experienced Mid-Level Engineers on the verge of achieving Senior status, or an existing Senior Engineer.

You'll be able to manage projects from end-to-end and will have the ability to consider the correct approach to solve problems. They also value candidates who care deeply about the user and have experience working in product-focused start-up teams.

What you'll need

• A strong background in full stack TypeScript development
• Deep commercial experience of TypeScript, Node.js & React
• Ideally strong cloud experience with AWS
• A passion for improving the environment and driving sustainability forward in the world!
• Experience working in a start-up environment with the flexibility & freedom required to create innovative solutions
• Highly user-centric mindset, able to consider the best solution for the user when solving problems
• Comfortable coming into a central Bristol office at least once a week
• Either a highly experienced Mid-level engineer on the verge of Senior or an existing Senior level engineer
• The ability to take the technical lead on projects
