About The Job

We’re seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our diverse technology teams, which handle millions of requests daily across 600+ systems. We utilize frameworks like React, Angular, Spring Boot, Cloud SQL, and Kafka, operating on a cutting-edge cloud platform with over 60,000 releases annually.

Our close-knit community emphasizes collaboration through pair programming, code reviews, and stand-ups. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll mentor team members and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

We’re not just looking for car enthusiasts but for passionate technologists eager to solve complex problems in a collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Java or Kotlin
• Ability to architect scalable, maintainable distributed systems
• Proficiency with front-end technologies like React or Angular, and building RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
• Experience with relational databases (SQL) and document stores like MongoDB
• Experience with Kafka or similar event-driven systems
• Structured development and testing approach, with focus on automation and continuous delivery
• Leadership experience in mentoring teams and delivering impactful projects

Benefits

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000, plus 10% shares annually, vesting over three years. Additional benefits include 28 days holiday, private medical cover, pension contributions up to 7%, family leave, car salary sacrifice, share options, and wellbeing support. Our hybrid model offers two fixed office days plus remote work options, including remote periods in summer and winter.
