Senior/Founding Engineer £80 000 - £100 000 (4 days a week)

The Challenge

Imagine being part of the engineering team that builds the go-to product that makes sense of the real economics behind AI agents.

The challenge is not small: nothing is mapped, costs shift by the second, and lots of start-ups, if they aren't already, should be asking, “Is this agent profitable?”

As the 3rd or 4th hire, you will have a lot of unique challenges ahead of you. You'd also be surrounded by smart and like minded people.

What You'll Do

• Build everything needed for foolproof economics: streaming data pipelines, dashboards that show what’s burning, APIs that let teams act fast.
• Integrate quickly. When LLMs, new billing systems, or wild cloud challenges hit, you find a way to turn it into insight.
• Ship features that take agents from black box to predictable cost centres —margin tracking, cost attribution, backend services, and everything in between.
• Work side-by-side with the two founders and two other founding engineers, making decisions live, hitting the whiteboard, and pushing through roadblocks together.

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience getting real systems to scale, especially when the rules keep changing.
• Full stack skills: backend languages, APIs, databases, frontend when needed, quick adaptation always.
• Relentless builder—you like some uncertainty, invents solutions, and always thinks of the user at the heart of each product related decision.
• Team player: pushes through when it’s tough, knows when to lead or support, and celebrates shared wins the hardest.

The Environment

• In-person, tough problems are solved together, and decisions are made in real-time, like the data you will be ingesting. No backlogged slack threads; just moving quickly.
