Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Functional Quality Engineer, you'll leverage your extensive technical expertise and leadership to drive innovation and excellence. You will contribute to the development of robust and reliable software solutions and ensure high-quality testing, solving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for custom applications
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes
• Contribute to the development of testing strategies and roadmaps
• Drive the adoption of automation testing and test efficiency improvements

Education and Experience

• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Required Technical And Professional Expertise:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with test case management and defect-tracking tools
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Selenium or other automation testing tools
  • Extensive experience in functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Masterful proficiency in testing methodologies and tools
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of testing projects

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience in Salesforce testing
• Salesforce certification is an advantage
• Expertise in continuous integration and delivery practices
