Ensure team members are comparing options and materials, and undertaking carbon calculations to help find lowest carbon solutions and reduce environmental impacts of projects. Technically and financially responsible for multiple projects, facilitating project deliverables within internal and external design teams. Playing an active part in team growth and management, and in day-to-day practice systems. Delivery of Geotechnical services to other disciplines at the consultancy. Act as an ambassador to clients, reflecting the ethos and values of the consultancy. Look to innovate and develop designs systems alongside their teams nationally and internationally.
