We help our customers deliver products to the world which have a profound impact on people’s lives. We\'re looking for a skilled Senior Analog or Digital Engineer to join our team. If you\'re a talented and independent engineer with a passion for innovation and a talent for developing new products, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will be a key player in the Product Realization Process, independently managing projects from start to finish. You\'ll be responsible for the engineering design, analysis, and verification needed to create high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently within the Product Realization Process.
- Create thorough project documentation while following quality and change management procedures.
- Use a variety of tools for design creation, analysis, and verification.
- Develop innovative, high-quality engineering and product concepts.
- Act as a technical leader, mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices.
- Lead hardware design from initial specification through to production for new and existing products.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand their needs, and provide technical support.
- Oversee product handover to manufacturing, ensuring a smooth transition and providing support as needed.
- Manage projects independently, taking ownership of timelines, deliverables, and technical challenges.
Qualifications
- A bachelor\'s degree in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of six years of related experience is required.
