Surrey-based (covering Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire & SW London corridor) £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE) plus Van, Fuel Card and Phone. No call-outs, no weekend work. Work-life balance. This stable, people-focussed business based in Godalming, are looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer to join their small, tight-knit team.

Role

  • 40% installation / 60% maintenance & repair of air conditioning systems
  • Leading by example on-site, setting the standard for quality and safety
  • Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers
  • Delivering excellent service across a loyal, high-profile client base

Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on all sites
  • Mentor and develop less experienced engineers
  • Provide consultative technical support to clients and internal teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer
  • Recognised HVAC qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong customer communication and a consultative mindset
  • A passion for quality work and helping others develop
