Your future team will rely on your leadership to ensure HVAC systems are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards, from planning through to installation and commissioning readiness.Lead the delivery of HVAC construction work packages across assigned project areasCoordinate with contractors, supervisors, and client representatives to resolve site queriesOversee installation activities to ensure compliance with design and safety requirementsEnsure construction documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on timeDrive planning of safe access and support surveying requirements on-siteMonitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to maintain delivery schedulesPromote and embed a positive health, safety, and environmental culture on-siteSupport the implementation of permitting and authorisation systems for construction activitiesDegree or trade qualification in HVAC or Mechanical EngineeringProfessional accreditation in construction, project management, or engineeringCCNSG Safety Passport and IOSH or NEBOSH qualificationProven track record in HVAC installation and construction delivery on large projectsAbility to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site teamsStrong understanding of construction documentation and site processesKnowledge of regulatory compliance within safety-critical industriesExperience driving safe and efficient project delivery in complex environmentsExperience delivering HVAC systems on major energy, industrial, or infrastructure projectsKnowledge of UK nuclear or other highly regulated project environmentsFamiliarity with digital permitting and document control systemsSurveying or access planning experience in a construction settingStrong problem-solving skills with adaptability in dynamic site environmentsStrong problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environmentsAdditional InformationReady to lead the way on one of the UK's biggest clean energy builds?Join a team where your skills will help power the future.
