We are recruiting for a Senior IC Layout Engineer to join an exciting Semiconductor company based in Hammersmith, London. Hybrid working is offered, ideally 2 days per week in the office.

As the Senior IC Layout Engineer, you will own all layout activities within this small but expanding chip team, which is developing truly remarkable technology for the healthcare industry. You will own the physical implementation of mixed-signal ICs, and create high‑quality custom analog and mixed‑signal block-level layouts (e.g. amplifiers, ADC/DACs, references, digital IOs, etc) for high performance systems. As the Senior IC Layout Engineer, you will have real influence over the physical architecture of next-generation ASICs, and enjoy working with some of the brightest minds in industry.

Requirements include:

• A technical degree within Electronics / Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience within IC layout, with experience taking ownership of several full-chip designs through tape-out
• Expert skills with the Cadence toolsuite
• A strong grasp of DRC / LVS, and low-power layout methods
• An ability to work in the London office at least a couple of days per week
• And a great team work ethic
