OverviewOur client is seeking a Senior III-V Device Manufacturing Engineer with deep expertise in III-V semiconductor device design, development and volume manufacturing. The candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling the production of the first product range and developing the new product range for optical communication systems. This role sits at the intersection of R&D, Operations, Engineering and external foundry partners, ensuring that new epi layers, process flows and tests are scalable from prototyping using in-house facilities through to volume manufacturing at foundry partners.ResponsibilitiesScale production for the first product range and develop new product ranges for optical communication systems.Collaborate across R&D, Operations, Engineering and external foundry partners to ensure scalability of epi layers, process flows and tests from prototype to volume manufacturing.QualificationsStrong semiconductor device manufacturing knowledge with a focus on III-V technologiesStrong background in design, test, and volume production of high-speed photodetectors (APDs or photodiodes preferred)Proven experience transferring products to high-volume manufacturing and working closely with foundriesDegree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related fieldPlease contact Rachel Anderson for further details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
