An established organisation is seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to lead the delivery of day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and provide a high level of technical support. This position plays a critical role in maintaining system integrity, ensuring seamless service delivery, and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Support Provide guidance and support to junior engineers through regular mentoring, training, and development planning. Assist with onboarding new IT staff and support team performance reviews and feedback cycles. Lead or contribute to team meetings and participate in management-level discussions. Help align team activities with wider business goals.
