Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about endpoint technology and modern engineering practices. As an experienced endpoint engineer, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the design, build and distribution of enterprise-wide endpoint solutions, working closely with architects, other engineers, and delivery managers to plan, implement, and support these secure and robust solutions. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our infrastructure engineering strategy, driving us towards modern endpoint solutions, infrastructure/configuration-as-code and automation.

• Contribute to the design, build and distribution of enterprise-wide endpoint solutions.
• Plan, implement and support secure and robust endpoint environments.
• Shape infrastructure engineering strategy and drive modern endpoint solutions, IaC/automation, and observability.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and delivery managers to define enterprise-wide designs and standards across central and multi-region estates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with Windows OS, Identity and Access, MS Teams, Microsoft cloud solutions, Digital Workspace (Enterprise Desktop & Mobility), Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, iOS and Android device management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune, with experience in Group Policy Definitions and Intune Policies.
• Knowledge of Windows 365 and provisioning options.
• Desire to drive high standards, collaborate with, coach and mentor other engineers.
• Passion for debugging and solving problems—identifying, analysing, and resolving issues in a strategic way, with continuous improvement of solutions.
• Experience with configuration and change management, incident/problem resolution, and evolving endpoint solutions using modern infrastructure standards and practices including automation, observability, and continuous deployment.
• Experience working with architects and project managers to agree enterprise-wide designs and implement across central and multi-region estates.
