You'll be joining a high-performing, engineering-led team that values clean code, pragmatic design, and a culture of learning and mentorship. While the focus is on backend Java development, you'll also have the opportunity to branch into full-stack projects, cloud-native solutions, and modern frontend tools.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and development of scalable Java backend services
  • Hands-on with code, setting standards through clean, testable delivery
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and platform strategy
  • Working closely with Product & Design to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong background in Java (11+) and Spring Boot
  • Experience building cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
  • Exposure to containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid understanding of secure, scalable architectures and DevSecOps principles
  • Experience working in Agile environments
