Senior/ Lead ventilation Hygiene Engineer Full-time Enfield/ Watford/ Harlow/ Chelmsford Salary £36,000

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully. - £40,000 per annum We’re looking for a hands-on Ventilation Hygiene Engineer to lead and deliver high-quality cleaning, disinfection, and compliance works across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sites.

What you’ll do: Lead and supervise a team on-site.

Clean and disinfect ductwork, AHUs, and kitchen extract systems.

Test and maintain fire dampers.

Ensure all work meets TR19, BS EN 15780, and HTM 03-01 standards.

Complete reports, risk assessments, and site documentation.

Train and mentor junior team members.

Work safely and maintain top H&S standards.

What we’re looking for: 3 years’ experience in ventilation hygiene or duct cleaning.

TR19 knowledge and hands-on technical expertise.

CSCS card & full UK driving licence.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Nice to have: BESA VHE certification, Confined Space Training, IPAF/PASMA, or HTM 03-01 awareness.
