1. Proficient in policies, regulations, and technical standards for oversized cargo transportation. Deep understanding of the new energy industry’s development and trends. Participate in the entire product development process (e.g., wind turbines, energy storage) to provide scientific and economical transport requirements from technical and cost perspectives, ensuring reliability and economy.
2. Familiar with product transportation characteristics, quality requirements, and real-world logistics scenarios. Able to communicate transport concepts across R&D departments and drive machine-level transport process development and validation. Lead sample machine shipment coordination and ensure on-time delivery.
3. Knowledgeable about heavy haul vehicles, vessels, and other transport means. Capable of designing suitable transport solutions based on product and project specifics. Strong cross-functional coordination skills to collaborate with engineering, delivery, and international service teams throughout the planning and execution of transport processes.
4. Responsible for building and developing the transport process team’s organizational capabilities and talent pipeline.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Design, Transportation Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Nautical Science, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in mechanical design, transport process design, or international transport project management; at least 5 years in team management.
3. Core Knowledge: Familiarity with oversized cargo transport processes, technical requirements, project management, and large electromechanical product development.
4. Preferred: Strong written and oral English communication skills; experience in wind power oversized transport; familiarity with IPD development process.
5. Other Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical ability, engineering mindset, cost awareness, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
