As Maintenance Lead, you’ll form a key part of the three-person Line Structure Management Team. In this role, you will take ownership of reducing maintenance-related and breakdown losses while applying a strong technical understanding of engineering systems and technology. Operating within our Integrated Work System (IWS), you’ll play a vital role in embedding best practices that enhance reliability, reduce costs, and drive productivity across the line.
