As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will contribute to JM's mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.The RoleAs a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:Promote a positive Health & Safety culture and ensure adherence to JM policies and procedures, and all relevant legislation (including HR/EHS/PSM/Security).Drive EHS performance improvements to reduce LTA, LOC, and unsafe conditions.Ensure all safe systems of work are complied with by team and that effective checks are in place to ensure adherence.Deputizes for the Maintenance Manager when required.Ensure timely procurement or expediting of critical spares; follow up with stores, suppliers, or procurement as needed.Coordinate shift handovers and ensure continuity of maintenance actions across teams.
