What you’ll do:

*

Provide technical expertise to ensure production and assembly meet quality and performance standards.

*

Act as the key link between manufacturing, assembly, and engineering teams.

*

Interpret and produce technical/manufacturing drawings.

*

Drive continuous improvement in quality, cycle time, and processes.

*

Design bespoke tooling and ensure compliance with machinery safety regulations.

*

Participate in PFMEA, risk mitigation, and process mapping activities.

What you bring:

*

Strong knowledge of rotating component manufacturing (turning, boring, milling).

*

Assembly experience and working knowledge of engineering/business systems.

*

Ability to interpret and create stage manufacturing drawings (GD&T expertise).

*

CNC programming experience.

*

Proficiency with SAP and CAD (2D/3D).
