Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Are you an experienced production engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing team, supporting technical operations and driving process improvements across production lines.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing machinery, production support, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be instrumental in resolving technical issues, supporting new product introductions, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to production teams, improving assembly processes

* Investigate and resolve production issues and queries

* Manage and maintain production documentation and customer data

* Create jigs, fixtures, and SMT programmes to aid efficient assembly

* Lead line setup for new and existing projects

* Support equipment calibration and maintenance

* Communicate with customers to resolve build issues

* Assist with New Product Introduction and continuous improvement initiatives

* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in a production engineering role within manufacturing

* Strong understanding of production processes and machinery

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

* Degree, HND, or HNC in Engineering (or equivalent experience)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
