They are seeking a Senior Manufacturing NPI Engineer to join their growing team and support the introduction of new products into production. THE BENEFITS: 25 days holiday + public holidays, with the option to buy and sell additional days Generous contributory pension scheme (up to 10.5% company contribution) Discretionary company bonus scheme Up to 5 paid volunteering days each year THE SENIOR MANUFACTURING NPI ENGINEER ROLE: As a Senior Manufacturing NPI Engineer , you will be the technical and manufacturing lead on New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, ensuring delivery to agreed schedules, budgets, and quality standards. You will engage throughout the full NPI lifecycle, from bid and proposal stages to execution, acting as a key link between design and manufacturing. Using your expertise, you’ll drive manufacturability improvements, resolve technical issues, and help prepare products for release into full-rate production. SENIOR MANUFACTURING NPI ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS: HND (minimum) in Manufacturing / Production Engineering or related discipline Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical manufacturing processes Broad understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical product design and operation Experience contributing to production programme improvements in efficiency and optimisation Familiarity with DfX principles, FMEA, design review and risk mitigation Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methods DESIRABLE SKILLS: Knowledge of Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) processes Broader experience across multiple electro-mechanical technologies and production platforms TO BE CONSIDERED: Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via ryan.baker@searchability.com.
