You'll also assist with the specification and selection of polyurethane mixing machinery.What you'll be doingDeveloping and optimising polyurethane formulations for cable jacketsSelecting and specifying adhesives and bonding processesSupporting the specification and implementation of mixing/dispensing machineryConducting hands-on testing, material analysis, and R&D activitiesCollaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure design integrityEnsuring compliance with relevant materials and safety standardsQualificationsWhat we're looking forStrong engineering background with expertise in materials scienceExperience in polyurethane formulation and adhesive bonding processesHands-on experience with mixing/dispensing equipment desirableAbility to work on-site in Alton, HampshireUK-based or eligible for SC clearanceAdditional InformationWhy join us?We foster a community of dually talented individuals who are both entrepreneurs and technology specialists.
