The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Mechanical building services Engineer to join a world-leading nuclear defense client based out of Devonport dockyard.

Duties

Prescribe Mechanical Building Services requirements for design projects. Specify Mechanical Building Services aspects in Scope of Work documentation. Produce cost estimates and assist commercial departments with tender submissions. Provide technical input and support during tender reviews. Represent the company at meetings with stakeholders and contractors. Oversee Mechanical Building Services designs through regular design reviews and progress meetings. Ensure subcontractor designs comply with company standards, industry best practices, and relevant regulations.
