Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the design team on a major rail infrastructure project in Birmingham. The role involves leading the mechanical design of HVAC systems for rail stations, depots, and related facilities, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and integration with multidisciplinary design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the mechanical design and development of HVAC systems for rail infrastructure, stations, and associated buildings.

Produce detailed design documentation, calculations, technical drawings, and specifications in accordance with relevant standards and client requirements.

Oversee design coordination between disciplines (electrical, civil, structural, and architectural)
