Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Structural/Thermal Design Engineer to join our R&D team at TEIC. This role will be responsible for structural and thermal designs of innovative power semiconductor packages, modules and high-power density power electronics converter/inverter systems for automotive, renewable energy, energy storage and railway auxiliary converter applications.
