Your role will be essential from the initial enquiry all the way to post-handover to their clients.ResponsibilitiesReview enquiries/tenders and assist in developing solutions.Collaborate with partners on designs and equipment selections.Attend site visits for surveys and client meetings.Evaluate technical aspects of the supply chain.Return PQQs and create comprehensive documents.Attend meetings to build client confidence.RequirementsPrevious experience in the construction sector.In-depth knowledge of the Mechanical HVAC industry (plus if you have electrical systems knowledge that would be a bonus).Prepare M&E tender / bid documents.Conduct technical reviews and identify risks.Attend site visits and client interviews.Finalise MEP scope and detailed design / equipment selections having regard to cost and selection of supply chain partners.Attend client meetings and monitor project progress.Handle commissioning and client training.Ready to take on this exciting role?
