Reporting directly to the Technical Director , youll take full ownership of projects, lead dynamic design teams, and deliver cutting-edge mechanical solutions. What Youll Be Doing Lead projects from concept through to delivery, reporting directly to the Technical Director. Design, model, and refine mechanical systems in Autodesk Inventor(non-negotiable). Create and manage detailed drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). ApplyDFM (Design for Manufacturing)principles to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and production ready. Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and wider teams to refine solutions. Provide technical leadership, guiding projects and mentoring engineers. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design processes.

Must-Haves: Strong mechanical engineering background (degree or equivalent). Extensive Inventor experience, this is essential, and we need you to hit the ground running. Proven expertise inmechanical design, with a focus on sheet metal and complex assemblies. Solid knowledge ofDFMand practical manufacturing processes. Comprehensive understanding ofBOMsand engineering documentation. Track record ofleading projects and teams. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver under pressure.
