Package to attract innovative Design Engineers keen to move into something different plus new Management structure in 2025 will offer the opportunity for further develop within the business SUMMARY Design bespoke vehicles and liaise with shop floor Produce models, drawings, cut lists, jigs etc Resolve design issues The Role: Design and develop bespoke products including vehicles, lifts, and related metal components Produce high-quality 3D models, technical drawings, cut lists and documentation Carry out structural and stress calculations, tolerance assessments, and select materials Prepare technical documentation including design reports and specifications Liaise with production teams to support manufacturing and resolve design issues Drive improvements to existing designs and support continuous development Applicants to have - Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in mechanical design within a metal fabrication environment Strong CAD skills - ideally SolidWorks and AutoCAD Desirable: Experience with vehicle design, screeners, crushers, or trailers Knowledge of type approval, hydraulics and electrics To apply please forward your CV (in Word format) using the link provided, or for a confidential conversation on this or any other roles in the pipeline please click on the View Profile link in the ad.
