The opportunity Our client is a leading, well established Mechanical & Electrical Contractor with a rich history of successfully completing a diverse range of projects throughout the UK. Their portfolio spans multiple commercial and industrial schemes including retail, healthcare, education and religious sectors. The Position As the Senior Mechanical Engineer your duties and responsibilities will include; * Attending site meetings to discuss the design brief with the various stakeholders * Outline budget costings for projects. * Production of working drawings and schematics to be sent to the CAD department for issue. * Carry out engineering concept design to detailed design, tender and contract on site supervision, to completion, ensuring projects are undertaken in accordance with design briefs and that completion deadlines are achieved. * Liaise with the design team to produce co-ordinated designs that are technically compliant, to a consistent quality and standard. Provide positive contribution to design/project meetings.
