Senior Design Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The role focuses on the design and development of high-integrity gearbox systems, components, and related equipment. You will work closely with colleagues across engineering, production, and supply chain functions, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Work on the design and re-engineering of geared transmission systems and components.

Create and review 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documents.
*
Support product testing through design of test rigs, equipment, and procedures.
*
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
*
Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical problem-solving support.
*
Contribute to continuous improvement, FMEA activities, and engineering change processes.
About You
*
Degree or HND diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar with relevant design experience
*
Strong skills in mechanical design, materials selection, and manufacturing processes.
*
Proficiency in 3D CAD (Solid Edge preferred but flexibile)
*
Familiarity with standards (ISO, AGMA, DIN, etc.) and safety regulations.
*
Effective communicator with good time management and problem-solving skills.
