Ready to design buildings that actually work and not just look good on paper? We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who thrives on problem-solving, loves collaborating, and maybe even gets a little excited about a well-balanced HVAC system (we get it).

You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with architects, clients, and fellow engineers to make ideas come to life.

What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. your day won't be boring) Leading the mechanical design on diverse projects from schools and hospitals to commercial developments. Producing detailed designs, calculations, and specifications (using the usual tools like Revit, Hevacomp, IES, and AutoCAD). Guiding and mentoring junior engineers (you remember what it's like to be in their shoes). Liaising directly with clients and design teams yes, you'll actually talk to humans.
