Morva Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading building services consultancy for Principal Mechanical Engineers, Senior Mechanical Engineers, Principal Electrical Engineers and Senior Electrical Engineers to join their teams in Exeter and Plymouth.
These roles are ideal for experienced building services engineers who want to work on high-profile mechanical and electrical engineering projects across the South West. You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, manage client relationships, mentor junior engineers, and directly contribute to the company’s continued success.
Principal / Senior Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
*
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or building services engineering (or equivalent) meeting professional engineer status requirements.
*
5+ years’ experience delivering mechanical building services designs for small and large projects.
*
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Cymap and Microsoft Office.
*
Experience managing budgets and making financial decisions.
*
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities:
*
Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to delivery.
*
Produce high-quality specifications, drawings and contract documents.
*
Prepare and monitor budgets to meet client cost and time targets.
*
Liaise with clients and external design teams.
*
Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
*
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Principal / Senior Electrical Engineer
Requirements:
*
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or building services engineering (or equivalent) meeting professional engineer status requirements.
*
