Recent projects include: Premier Inn Wembley Arena and Hub by Premier Inn King's Cross Brentford Lock West and Palace View, Lambeth residential schemes The Cursitor Building, Yalding House, and 73 Great Peter Street in London Mixed-use developments like Terrace Mount Bournemouth and Premier Inn & Class A Office Maidenhead Your new role As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll lead the design and delivery of mechanical systems for landmark developments. You'll collaborate with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality, sustainable solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
You'll be responsible for: Designing HVAC, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for commercial and residential buildings Managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical excellence Driving innovation and sustainability across all stages of design
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in mechanical building services design (ideally 5+ years) Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and UK building regulations Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering Passion for delivering outstanding engineering solutions
